Our Story
The Hummus Truck was born from a passion for fresh, flavorful, and healthy Mediterranean cuisine. We believe in bringing traditional recipes to the streets, making delicious Hummus, Falafel and many more, accessible to everyone.
This kitchen on wheels is 100% Vegetarian, 96% Vegan and 89% Gluten-Free.
Our Falafel is Gluten-Free and we have a designated Falafel fryer.
We use the best and freshest ingredients mostly from local farms.

Our Mission - Tips for Tails
We started Tips For Tails from our love to animals so here at The Hummus Truck we don't believe in tips, and all of your tip money whether it's online, credit or cash, goes to animals in need.
Feel free to be a "heavy tipper" for these animals, especially if you liked our food!
