Due to unexpected technical issues, staff issues along with heavy traffic on a Sunday and some missing items on the grocery order from the supplier, we fell behind and weren’t able to serve you at the speed and standard we aim for. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and it’s not how we normally operate.
